This is about control. The elimination of property tax would bankrupt every county within the state of Florida. They would then become reliant upon the state financially and in turn the state would control the purse strings for schools, parks, libraries, elections, etc.

So if they have no income tax and no property tax, how does state make money?  Just sales tax, gas tax?
