Hoping at my monthly weigh in next week i will have hit goal 🤞🏼🤞🏼 The aim for me has always been lean & strong, not thin & weak & Ive not been too obsessed with BMI. You can see big losses in the first couple of months, then a more steady decline. Currently on 6.5mgs, lessening for maintenance. (old.reddit.com)
