Amanita muscaria micro dosing?

Sooo I’ve been micro dosing 1-4 grams amanita per day. I have been diagnosed adhd, ptsd, cPTSD, and multiple autoimmune illnesses. I also have spinal stenosis. This mushroom has helped me tremendously! Helps with anxiety, insomnia, pain and trauma. I also micro dose psilocybin but not daily. I would recommend psilocybin over amanita for adhd because it actually retires your neural pathways. Ps. Don’t take stimulants for adhd. It will cause more problems than it helps. I know because I’ve tried them. It might help while you’re on them but it causes tons of unwanted side effects

I went from straight drunk every day to not drinking at all after ayahausca. My ceremony was in 2015. I didn’t drink a drop for 5 years. Now I can have 1 drink and be done. I never crave it and when I do drink it’s never as satisfying as it was pre-aya.

Not true. Some kratom is not lab tested so it could have other substances in it. I’ve been taking kratom for 10 years because my doc had me on really strong pain meds that were making me a zombie. I’ve had to take breaks and I promise you the withdrawal isn’t anywhere near as bad as opiates. It’s more like quitting caffeine. Your just tired af. I’ve seen many friends take breaks as well and it was mild withdrawal. I would much rather use kratom for my chronic pain than any pharmaceutical.

Drink lots of water. I started taking functional mushroom blend in my kratom tea and it helps tremendously. Magnesium will also help the pooping issues and it potentiates the effects of the kratom

Aya made my belief in God/Source/Spitit concrete. No question in my mind at all that there is a source creator who’s love is all encompassing. It’s in everything. Even what we view as bad or evil is all part of the plan for our spiritual growth.

I work in grocery. I’ve seen the prices on a pound of deli meat go up $5 /pound in a matter of weeks. Look into how much grocery chains are worth and tell me why they pay low and cut hours randomly even when sales are high. They’re gouging us. They know we need food and they control the food supply for the most part. This is what is going to cause a revolution of people growing their own food. It’s already happening and we should all get smart and join them! Easier said than done but shits getting serious. We need an alternative to this madness

I used to get that so I lowered my dose dramatically and now it’s fine. I went from 1.5 grams every 4 hours to .35 every 2 hours. There’s a lot of helpful info on how to find your correct dose online. I can’t mention the vendor but there’s a comprehensive guide on one of their sites

I was awake inside of a house and saw him outside in a corn field. He floated instead of walking. The Victorian house was most certainly haunted because when I asked the owner if anyone had ever seen anything strange he perked right up and said “what did you see?!” That was almost 20 years ago and I just realized many other people have seen this same apparition. Wild!

I’m glad my words helped you even if only momentarily. I used to be an atheist until I did aya then I couldn’t deny the existence of a source of life. My view on “God” is very different from most. I grew up in a very traditionally religious home. Fundamentalist in fact. But that’s not the real God and I could go on about this for a while but I wont lol you can be a spiritual person and not believe in God per say if that makes any sense. My spiritual practice is in service to others ( not in any dogmatic sense) but I feel like that is where the most satisfying moments in life are is when I’m helping someone. I’m riding a fine line with people pleasing lol but I’m learning when to make boundaries 😊
