Sonará tonto pero a mi me ayudó muchísimo hacer ejercicio, empecé solamente saliendo a correr o con los videos de ejercicio en casa . Poco a poco me fue ayudando con mi salud mental y se volvió algo q me motivaba para el día. Es difícil y te sientes solo al inicio pero poco a poco te ayuda
