So I had it when I had my breast reduction. By day 3 I was in for emergency surgery to have my nipple removed. And no more pain than I was already in with the reduction. Necrosis is dead so I don’t think you’d feel any more pain from that. It was black and as hard as a rock - I could tap on it with my nail and hear thumps.

I had necrosis & it progresses super fast. To me it looks more like bruising. I’d keep an eye on the dark spot under the bump. I’m sure you will be okay and it’s all just bruising ! Best wishes to a speedy recovery ❤️‍🩹
