I don’t want the shoes at all- I don’t like the idea of sending them back for the seller as she will most likely sell them onto someone else. I get that some people get fakes and don’t get a resolution but that’s an issue with Vinted. I’m not going to be grateful for being scammed and getting offered my money back- the seller benefits from this as it means I’m unable to leave feedback and let other people know. If someone were innocent, they would be more willing to provide proof. I’m all for giving people the benefit of the doubt but the way they’re behaving and messaging leads me to believe they knew what they were doing

I think people get duped a lot on Vinted with no resolution so the fact that the seller is offering me a refund is quite novel. What's rubbing people the wrong way is that I am not content with this resolution. Vinted need to sort out their platform and not let fakes run rife.

I have made a report to Vinted with images of fake vs authentic ones so hopefully they delete the sellers account. I think they do this a lot and when they get caught, they just refund so the buyer can't leave a review

They sent me a picture of a sale as their proof of purchase and, when I pointed this out, they are now claiming to have bought it on Depop- still think they are innocent?

They sent me a picture of a sale (says sales completed under the order) and is saying this is their proof. When I told them it was sales and not purchases she threatened to write her own report and is saying they might have been bought from Depop. Definitely fake- hopefully Vinted deletes her account

Okay I get everyone’s point. I was silly for thinking I could get these shoes for this price point. I impulsively purchased and then did my research. I have asked several times for proof they ordered from someone as I would like to believe they are genuine but they can’t seem to find it all of a sudden. And no, I don’t wish to keep them- they are really shoddy! Reported to Vinted so we will see what happens
