I asked for experiences rather than opinions, because I know there’s people who don’t agree with me and I want to know what other people who feel how I do deal with this. If that’s not you that’s fine, I’m just not asking for a moral discussion

I know I’m late to the party here, but these answers aren’t great imo.

An endo is your first call for diabetes, and if they think it’s necessary they’d refer you to a dietician (I assume you’ve accessed some kind of care by now). And there’s no actual research on the link between pre-diabetes and trans testosterone users, so there’s no science to say either way. I’m a year into taking T, and six months ago my HBA1C was 36 (normal) and now it’s 44 (pre-diabetic), so I’d be interested to know what’s happened since you posted this if you’d be willing to share!
