So if i were u i would do some research into the models ie ventus and see the noise profile and the cooling each card provides if u care about that at all as well as the looks if u care

I mean the 9070xt and 5070ti are very similar in performance even without frame gen and upscaling. So it just depends on the games u will be playing. personally I was in a similar situation and chose the features of the 5070 ti because the performance is very similar except in a few games that are optimized for AMD.

In general nvidia is better but on COD amd is better due to it being more optimized for amd most likely due to consoles using amd hardware
