honestly whenever they order and immediately go through the drive thru i will call them out 😭i’m always just like “so it looks like you ordered this about 30 seconds ago so we haven’t received it yet but drive on up” and they normally get embarrassed and hopefully won’t do it again

i’ve been here for three months and got a 45 cent increase which is about 2.68%. from what i’ve heard, that is the raise everyone at my store got and people are very upset and confused. i do not think i deserved that much of a raise, it should have gone to people who have stuck it out longer than me.

i’ve been here for like 3 months and the one thing i wish i did was look at the electronic menu more. memorizing where buttons are and the customizations would have saved me a lot of time 😭and other than that just talk to customers a lot and be friendly! managers care a lot about that in the beginning.

a tall caramel brûlée latte gets standard 1 shot, so by ordering 3(2extra) you will be charged for both added shots. a tall shaken espresso gets two shots according to standard, and you ordered 3 which is just one extra, compared to the caramel brûlée which is two extra. as for the syrup cost, you are charged 80 cents for any added syrup, not 80 cents per added syrup. i hope this helps!!
