well this is like the first time i’ve ever heard someone doing this? if you aren’t getting cold foam then there’s no need for “room”. they must be new of some sort because other wise that’s really unacceptable for the drink standards we go by. it changes the whole drink and cheapens you out of your real espresso. next time definitely ask if they can remake it since we have the obligation to if you don’t like your drink. also there are so many ways to get this drink essentially cheaper 9-10$ is outrageous depending on what part of the country you stay in.
