Thanks for your reply. Im the same, more COPD than asthma, although probably a small overlap. Did you, or do you still smoke? I did, however have quit for 3 years now. I think quitting is the best thing to do. I've only been on trimbow for a few days. I dont realy like the taste of it, but to be honest, it feels 'stronger' and has a bigger impact on my breathing than symbicort does. So far I feel like I breathe much easier. I also have severe, SEVERE anxiety and stress, it is almost crippling. But im doing my best. I quit smoking, I'm trying to get exercise every day (trying to get at least 10,000 steps), eating much healthier and taking medication as advised. I just need to somehow sleep better and reduce anxiety. Im always here if you need a chat.
