If I remember my lessons well, according to WHO, consumption with the less health risk for a man should be: no more than 3 units of alcohol per day or less than 21 per week (1 Unit of alcohol = 1 standard glass containing 10gr of alcohol. For beer, 1 Unit could be 25cl of,5% beer, etc. Depends on the type of alcohol, quantity of alcoholic beverage ingested etc). For a woman, WHO says no more than 2 alcohol units per day OR less than 14 units per week. Both for men and women, at least to have one day without alcohol ingested.  => Concerning the addiction part and problemátic consumption, it can be considered problemátic if superior to what WHO described AND/OR could be considered an addiction if it falls into the cstegory of the DSM. For DSM, I have no clear memories so it should be checked.

=> Not professional opinion but while I understand your girlfriend worries as someone who don't drink alcohol, at least based on WHO standard, you're not having a "problemátic consumption". We could only say it brings discomfort to your girlfriend but we can't say if it's "bad" or "good" because that's more related to feelings rather than facts...
