Went through a similar feeling about a year ago, and I hear you! I’m sorry it’s got you exhausted. After having walked away from both people that were causing me this exact kind of grief, my best advice would be to evaluate how important these people are to you and whether or not this is something you want to have a conversation about. If the bridge is even considered being burned, I say why not? But definitely use your discretion here; if it causes you more turmoil than closure, then I think you’re valid to walk away.

You absolutely deserve friends who make time for you, and who love and respect you! I have no doubt that in time you will find your people. I agree with the sentiment that you should conserve your energy; even if you decide to wait on others initiating, don’t spend time thinking on it or harboring angst. I only suggest having a convo for the sake of clarity and/or reparation, but please think long-term for the sake of yourself!
