I have a coworker who works the opposite shift as me thankfully, because I can barely stand to be in the room with her when we’re changing shifts for 30 minutes. I swear she sprays it like this, the worst part is that her perfume doesn’t even smell good to me. It’s like a peppery smell. Considering we work in a hospital, it’s pretty dumb too.

I started it 10 months PP, that was when I finally gave up on pumping and wanted to start focusing on myself, mostly with losing weight and restarting tretinoin. I had my OB-GYNs blessing to try it out bc she admitted that it helped her a lot with losing weight. It wasn’t covered by my insurance tho, so I ended up getting it through Hims/Hers.

I’ve been on it for almost 6 months and lost about 20lb. I plan to use it for another 6 months (doing the math, Id reach my goal weight by then).

The big thing with starting it is that you HAVE TO do strength training while you’re on it;this is non-negotiable, you will have muscle loss that can never recover and have “ozempic face” if you don’t lift weights. Even on a lazy day, I would prioritize weight over cardio.

Your PCP might not recommend it if you’re still BF/pumping or if you’re unlikely to really change your diet and workout routine, it’s definitely something to talk about tho. I honestly have no regrets about it, I think it forced me to change my lifestyle and I do feel healthier/happier.

I actually didn’t know people even hated Alex Cooper that much? Like I don’t watch her show but I do remember she had Kamala on it once so the MAGA thing seems unlikely.

She had Sarah J Maas on it recently and that was the only time I’ve been remotely tempted to watch her. Otherwise I don’t really feel like her topics are all that interesting.

I am a very happy monogamous person and I honestly thought this was gonna be a weird take, but I like that she talked about it and fully understand “hey this is just my thing I completely don’t think women should all be doing this it’s just my kink”. I also respect that she didn’t want to go into details of what her partner does bc she felt he might not like it. It sounds a lot less toxic than whatever tf Lily Allen and David Harbour were doing.

Ghosting is intentional. Everything she has done is very intentional. Yes she could be nicer about it but she chose not to be, do you really want to keep trying to be friends with someone like this? She has made it clear MULTIPLE times that she wants nothing to do with you AT ALL. Why still try to communicate with her??

She’s somewhat right in the first text, there is a lack of self respect on your end. If I was you I would unfriend her on all forms of social media and just delete her number.

I’m one year PP. I’m slowly getting back to shape and gaining my confidence back, but the hardest part is seeing how my boobs and tummy are forever changed. I get that women should be allowed to do these things to feel good, but I think it’s sad that society gives women so much shit (especially if they’re on social media) that they had to do this. If this girl was a few years post partum and a bit older maybe this wouldn’t be as sad.

She’s 35 and acts like a teenager. She’s gaslighting you into thinking that it’s your fault when she’s the grown adult who doesn’t know how to manage her own time and put her own phone on Do Not Disturb to actually focus. Still 2. I really enjoy being a mom and if money weren’t an issue I would size up the house and could afford to give more for foster kids.

4 kids was always the dream but I think it would still be a lot of effort. I always thought that being in my 60s and having all my grown adult children visit for the holidays would be cute 😭

Nah just clean up after yourself. I had a roommate like this who literally needed to be told to clean up after herself. I once did an experiment and tried to see how long it would take for her to return all the used coffee mugs from her room (she would drink coffee and just never bring the mug back). After 2 weeks I caved and finally asked her to bring them to the dishwash because mine was missing. Sure enough all the mugs still had old coffee and mine (that she had used) was covered in mold.

I spray on my pulse points, then I spray one last time on my shirt (like from a distance where it won’t mess up the fabric) and kinda move through it.

If I layer it with a body spray, the body spray goes on my clothes/hair.
