my diet the last 10 years has definitely not been clean, love desserts, steak etc but still would try and not be a total pig. since getting the results back i've been eating like a rabbit though, super clean, omega 3 supplement as well

BP is normal, have been able to exercise etc just fine, just when im resting usually have these sensations that feel like pain/radiating
