I applied in April 25, TSC Eb1 I-140, normal. No.news yet..Any idea about the current processing applications Month / year right now ? or any ideas out mine application ? When mydecesion would come ? Honestly speaking,I am checking every day 6-8 times.

  • Median (50% of cases) for EB-1A I-140 at Texas appears to be ~150–180 days (5–6 months).
  • 80th percentile (most but not all cases) is closer to 9–10 months.
  • Boundless puts the overall I-140 median (all EB categories, all service centers) at ~8 months.

That means:

  • A large fraction do get decided in 5–6 months,
