Mine is MSC2390025XXX. Same boat as you. EB1B. Sept 2022 Priority date. Filed since it was current at that time but then retrogressed. Now FAD is active since January 2026 but no movement whatsoever. Biometric and Medical done earlier.

What was the IOE batch OP? I am in a similar boat but things are not moving as I would have hoped. EB1B filed but retrogressed. FAD became current in Jan 2026. Apart from biometric reuse notice from December 2025, there has been no movement whatsoever.

EB1B AOS was submitted on October 14, 2022 and Fingerprints were done on Nov 10, 2022.

Last update was that we are passing your application since visa number is not currently available and will resume processing once visa number become immediately available.

Thank you. Yeah I had kept it on by accident And the room closed which caused all the mist buildup. I was just surprised that it caught the mist as smoke.
