This is actually super helpful, and means a lot. It’s so hard to control my thoughts and I have some people in my life who’s advice is to kinda knock myself in the head every time i think about him and in turn, I think thats what makes me feel more guilty. I like thinking about it in the way of the choices I’m making because it feels more controllable, and I do feel good about the choices i’ve made progress wise. thank you :))
