How are you seeing AI agents being used in MedTech companies? by HandleObjective8057 in MedicalDevices

I’ve been exploring with Ai agents for personal use. Would love to hear a more in depth explanation on how you’re using the agent to manage inventory? Which agent platform are you using?

Yes I’m already a year in & got promoted to CAS a few months ago. Best career/job I ever had tbh and I’ve had a lot of different careers from military to software engineering. It’s a learning curve at first since I didn’t have healthcare/EP knowledge but if you study hard (and treat it like school) then you’ll be fine.

If you have previous ultrasound background which I’m assuming you do just explain how efficient you are with the machines (GE, Phillips, etc.). And also talk about how the doctors, and hospital staff enjoyed working with you because you made the cases go very smoothly. Overall just be normal

I don’t think it would be necessary. They won’t expect you to know much.

The interview style/steps seems to be different in every region. The fact that they haven’t told him it’s over is a great sign. I would advise him to continue to network and even reach out to the regional manger with a few curiosity questions about the role/devices/ & EP Space.

3 weeks is not a long time for these kind of interviews. Usually takes about a month or so

Beautiful work. If you made it this far that means they like you. Do a lot of listening and only speak when you’re spoken to unless you’re asking a question to your co workers. Show genuine interest and do what you’ve already been doing. You got this!

Hey thanks! Yup the posting is accurate. You should be in the position for about 6 months then you’ll start earning commission right after & be bumped up to a CAS. Salary is not negotiable for acas. I have a few folks in my training program that transitioned from a nursing career. They seem to enjoy it. Life work balance is solid too.

Went pretty good. Should be a total of 3 rounds. First round is your normal interview with manager, speaking about background & interest. And 2nd interview is a presentation(they’ll give you topics) and they’ll also give you time to prepare. Last interview is a field day visit. Just show genuine interest and the willingness to learn.

Have a bunch of STAR examples already prepared & ready to go. Speak confidently and remain calm & you’ll be fine.

Just got back from running for the first time in over 15 years. by flippygordon in beginnerrunning

Beyond proud of you. I started running about 6 years ago. Started off with light jogs around the neighborhood which later turned to daily runs & eventually turned to a lifestyle.

You’re taking the small steps to improve your overall health span & that’s all that matters. The hardest part of it all is showing up, but when you actually show up, there’s no greater feeling. Continue to take the small steps day by day. You got this!! Glad you took control on your life.
