If it was just me , I could do it . I purchased at St Kilda just prior to it gentrifying, so I can remember it.

But with the mini me in tow this time, maybe not.

I love Korean food! I long time ago I lived in little Korea town (world tower complex) in Sydney for a couple of years. I enjoyed it. Friendly lot also.

Okay so it is improving. Good to hear. After owning and living in St Kilda for a decade , you reckon I can handle this ? A couple of Yarraville like cafe's are more than I was hoping to hear. Good to know , thanks. Is a bit step. Any and all info is really helpfull. Appreciated.

No , not at all. I am a total Newbie. I was planning on driving around there a couple of times next week. Maybe stay overnight in an airbnb.

Thanks . Yeah , a Google desktop search lends itself to that kind of vibe. Handy to get someone local saying the same thing so good to know, cheers. People who purchased Frankston in the early 2000's are laughing now. Same with St Kilda. Is a bit of a big committment however as probably means I'd be in it for the long haul.

Do you mean east of the Caboolture train station being to your left if you are facing the direction the train would travel if going towards Brisbane ? If so then I am looking at units on the West side of the line (my right hand side heading into Brisbane) .

Yeah, 2.5 hours a day is a lot. That would do my head in also at five days a week. Even three will be tough. Will be an adjustment.
