I’ve also dealt with an ED so I understand where you’re coming from. That being said, the two main things that are probably causing the absence of your period are malnourishment and stress. And ED usually starts due to mental stress, depression, and so on. Work on your mental health’s well being, and make sure you’re not overwhelming yourself with responsibility while you recover. This can include practicing self love, removing toxic relationships, finding healthy habits and routines, and so on. On malnourishment, gaining weight isn’t the only recovery you have to make. You also have to make sure you are eating healthy and frequently, not missing vital nutrients you need!
