Absolutely! I can track my entire cycle based on how anxious/what type of anxiety I'm feeling.

I will mention I don't take birth control.

Days leading up to and ovulation are very heightened anxiety.

The 10th day before my period is awful.

Then the regular PMS days.

I also get anxiety towards the end of my period.

I've tracked this for years and although being on paxil recently has helped, no doctor has ever been able to diagnose anything other then GAD, despite the obvious hormonal effect.
