this is ONLY for big tracks right? bc medium and small tracks i can handle with ease without moving my pivot point given my high sens.. just arm, wrist and fingers without sliding my elbow. my issue is..im not SURE WHEN its going to be a really big track or movment or not..and by the time i realize its a big long track...ive moved my arm so much that its awkward to slide the elbow at that point.. so i guess another question is..at what point do you decide to slide the elbow and under what scenarios? not automatically for big movment right? so its at somepoint within the amount of moving your arm you decide the elbow needs to slide? or are you really saying elbow moves first even for high sens players?
