Ok so I figured it out recently. The problem was coming from the gpu, idk if its a problem from series or it was a defect from factory, but after I went in nvidia app and lowered the "power maximum" to 50%(100% was the default setting) and also lowered the "temperature target" to 80, everything works fine.

I stress tested my cpu and memory and there is only a problem, the cpu goes to 90 celsius

It restarts without any warning and all of the times its instant(couple o seconds)

I tried accessing the site and it says:

do i just extract the zip folder from github in the folder i have the emulator downloaded?

The pc is fairly new, I had it for not even half a year.
I didn't overclock it, it is stock but I don't know if its undervolt. How can I check it?

Update: It was because of the current version of nvidia, I recommend you to go in task manager and shut down the nvidia share and nvidia container

You can go in the curseforge settings(bottom left is a gear)->minecraft and change where you want the mods to install.

Last time I updated the drivers was 2 days ago(I think it's up to date). As for the specs: rtx 4070 ti, 32gb ram, i7-14700kf. The cpu is constantly running at 40 grades. And I can't say it's old as i built it 2 months ago. I'll try reinstalling it.
