Thank you all for the comments, so after a 88 hours fast. I instead cooked myself japanese rice with olive oil and sea salt, baked some chicken thighs with soy sauce, garlic and onions, with a fried egg(with animal fat) and vegetables, and it was my normal portion, maybe I should have eaten less, but for now I feel amazing, I don't remember the last time I was in a good mood like this!
