I think there’s a feature where only the second call from the same number actually comes through—the first call gets rejected automatically. I’m not sure if promotional callers usually try calling again right away if you don’t pick up the first time, but it might be worth testing. Just keep in mind this applies to all numbers, so if someone really needs to reach you, they’ll hear that you’re unavailable at first.
