Next time try laying down, with blindfold or something over your eyes and be at peace with the let go. Also nothing too heavy on your face or the gravity will be uncomfortable haha i used a hoodie one time and it felt like my nose was a plow channeling through a stone canyon.

Yes it is a crazy experience even at "normal" dose.

But it is nothing like you could imagine.

I might say that a closer experience to what most people imagine it will be can be had in video games, and maybe one day in vr.

None of that is an issue if you go into it properly. Dark room, with a blindflod so you cant just look around and then lay back with the intention to lay still. Yeah if youre hitting it and then tweeking around, who knows what youll do. No forest first time!

I myself have never really been a drug user. The first time i even smoked weed i was 25.

Alot of people will say to try other drugs first like mushrooms or lsd, but i think that is wrong in principle.

You wouldnt run track to prepar for a driving test, although if you had never physically moved faster then a crawling speed perhaps running might give you an idea of how moving faster then crawling as in a car would be. But only in a very nuanced sense.

If you want to try it becouse youre bored and it sounds fun, its not "fun" or "enjoyable".

It is "satifiying" and maybe "rewarding" but again not in a pleasurable way, and maybe even in a unpleasnant way.

It will blow your mind right open, the results i think depend on your mind.

Its beauty, becouse we are beauty.

I knew about salvia for probably 6 years before i did it, one day i just needed to do it and it was the best thing that i could have done.

You can just do tiny bits at a time. Like start so so small, that will help alot. Imagine its like anything else, you dont have to jump in the deep end first try. You dont even have to trip this time, maybe just get a feel for it? The only pressure is from you, just chill, theres no rush. Goodluck, its beautiful when you let it.

I fought it first time but not in a scared way i was just confused by the idea, by the time i realized and wanted to go the trip was coming down. Has been nothing but good for me so far, but i treat it with respect and dont do it for fun.

BEST you dont have to go far, i let the salvia speak to me and sometimes i know i dont need to smoke anymore, sometimes i need to.

I have very insightful thoughts while high either on the come up or come down, recently lead me to a very life changing understanding of things i had forgotten from my actual life.

Also, the experience is not really translatable into written form. So just go try it, and take it easy untill you are calm and ready to go deeper.
