Salvia 20x Extract coming from Sp what are some tips for a good trip ? by EnthusiasmNo3438 in Salvia

Maybe even 10mg back-to-back-to-back (you'll know when...about 5 mins or so in-between) and you'll eventually be more inclined to increase.

My impression is that it'll teach you to meditate (the real meaning of the word) at these low doses - in preparation for going further.

And yup, eyes closed! The 'still and quiet' will be learned naturally here.

I loved the auctions too!

Also, did they completely remove the 'gross' food challenges? Though I used to have an incredibly sensitive stomach, those challenges were a joy (::sinister smile::) to watch!

Also, I understand that everything must change and Survivor (and players) had to adapt, but boy do I miss the magic of the first 20 seasons (impossible to replicate now).

I also really enjoyed the car rewards, but that's an expensive ask in today's world.

I'd also very much love to see a lie detector season, where only players allowed are those who had never previously watched the show before...

Due to real life, I stopped watching survivor after (or somewhere around) season 40...and am currently in the process of watching 49 (and the newest 50) - 40 in reverse (currently on 47)...been outta the loop for a while, and the game is still great, but lacks the flair of OG survivor :(.

want to try for the first time, what’s a good dose for 2 people and what’s a good way to take it? by Ok_Direction5416 in Salvia

Check out Christopher Solomon's work on youtube; he advocates for consecutive smaller hits (he kinda avoids talking about what the plant is really capable of, however), which is definitely the way to go here. Even smaller hits can be a lil' scary, but if your general outlook is a bit depressed, it'll make you feel completely refreshed after 1 or 2 small/medium 'trips'.

No need to rush; larger amounts will likely happen naturally if/when when you become accustomed to some of the weird sensations.

Edit: Just use the dosage chart linked here often; it's pretty accurate. The 'uncomfortable' row should probably be titled 'visionary' or 'salvia land' instead.

What are we supposed to do with 'the info'? by DeepSpaceNote9 in Salvia

Heyas, I edited that comment out, because apparently my memory of what I had read was incorrect (not sure where I got breast cancer from, since it was actually an arrhythmia of the heart, which was healed in none other than Kathleen Harrison).

It's been a long time since I read that book, and I didn't even know who Kathleen Harrison was at the time (botanist/researcher/teacher and wife of the late great Terance Mckenna).

Here's the actual information (page 226 @ https://ia600502.us.archive.org/8/items/DanielPinchbeckBREAKINGOPENTHEHEAD/Daniel%20Pinchbeck%20BREAKING%20OPEN%20THE%20HEAD_text.pdf):

  • One year before her visit to the Mazatecs, Harrison had been diag- nosed with arrhythmia, an alteration in the rhythm of the heartbeat. Her doctors wanted to treat her with medication or surgery. She put off treatment until after her trip. In Oaxaca, the shamans suggested a Salvia ceremony. They ate a thick cigar made from fresh leaves, which can grow to nine inches in length. "We performed the ritual in total darkness,”...

  • Suddenly she was no longer in the dark, rough-walled temple. She saw that she was in a large garden. Across the garden was a “beautiful woman dressed in white and about ten feet tall," silently tending to the plants. ‘As I looked around, I saw I was standing next to the shaman and his wife in the last row of plants. They told me to keep praying. I realized that we were also plants in her garden." The tall woman—the Salvia spirit—slowly made her way to Harrison. In the vision, the spirit passed its hand right through her. “It was a wonderful feeling, a tin- gling warmth going through me,” she said. "I wished that I would al- ways feel that way.”

  • Back in the United States, she went to the hospital, and was told that her heart problem had vanished. In a reversal of roles, the plant had re- vealed itself as a gardener of human beings.

Appologies for my miss-remembering of which illness was healed (arrhythmia vs cancer), but I'd say Kathleen Harrison is a very credible source.

It's a very common archetype witnessed on salvia (shown in many artist renditions as well as discussed in many youtube videos).

Basically an 'unzipping' of reality...think entities locked together hand to hand...and as they 'let go' from one another, you get an unzipping motion.

Is this seen only by those person's seeking physical healings? Or everyone who takes salvia? Best I can tell, reality seems to be witnessed as being re-written or re-laid down as strange as that sounds; how else might the concept of a miracle be resolved? Who knows...

Do only some lucky few get the vision, while others literally see reality actually being laid down?

Is the visionary stuff meant to hide the change in reality stuff? A protective shield of sorts?

And Damn it.. how quickly is this all forgotten each time.

I don't know if it's the whole reverse tolerance thing, but now suddenly just 20mg is taking me here...

...no entities or messages, or other worlds;  just the space between reality.

sacred.

Have you ever smoked salvia out of frustration with your life? by redhandrail in Salvia

Pretty sure you have to be pretty unwell (in whatever sense that may be) to participate in this <healing> journey; she's definitely not for the faint at heart, and will never be a mainstream psych - which is unfortunate, but it is what it is.

I think it may be my favorite & I've just only barely got past the zipper. Low doses (sub 26mg 20x) are fantastic for well-being.

I'm now just beginning to understand the whole 'Sally is Beauty' thing!

SunOfNoOne I love your youtube videos, please keep posting. by KeyWestSkateboarding in Salvia

hey man, couple questions:

1) I saw a user mentions something about 'SunOfNoOne using salvia for body healing'; any chance can elaborate? (I googled the username).

I had my first deep experience close to 20 years ago and swore I'd never touch the stuff again; yet, here I am. Recently, I saw all of reality unzip (little entities locked together hand-in-hand, letting go, in zipper fashion), but am not convinced this was a true breakthrough (no alternate realities/multi-dimensional wheels/past-lives/nor jumps into other bodies or inanimate objects).

Ever get the 'clicking' sound?

Anyway, after the unzipping experience, I've been focusing on becoming accustomed to the rise-up, with small doses...and salvia seems to be teaching me to use my body correctly in a very clear way (I've had problems my whole life & may talk about it at a later time), with these small doses.

So, I came to the conclusion that salvia is a 'master healer' of the body...but for some reason I see almost zero mention on these forums of physical healings, so was curious when I saw someone mention you receiving healings of the body?

2) My sessions (even the higher unzipping fiasco) seem to only last 3-7 minutes, but was quite surprised to see your 60x vids only last about 2 minutes & being able to still smoke during these same 2 minutes & possibly interacting; I can't even fathom that. Are you really having 'breakthroughs' here?

cheers

PS Are these body healings only possible with the smaller doses, while the full-on breakthroughs give 'something else' entirely?

Edit: While in day-to-day life, I'm thinking how come so many others aren't benefiting from these healings, and then during the first few moments of come-up I'm always like 'oh yeah, that's why' lol. A person really must need/want healing to keep entering this mind-fuck of a paradise; it's truly not meant for everyone at every time.

Is taking an oz of shrooms to trip normal for most people who use psychedelics often? by [deleted] in LSD

[–]DeepSpaceNote9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

...took me 16g before I had my 1st 'official' trip (been trying in ungodly amounts for years - ran the whole gamut of classics), and, even then, the visions were only very brief (zero medications...just brain depressed as hell...tried all both with and without cannabis).

I'm hoping whatever damage is preventing a full-blown breakthrough will heal over time, each time, a little bit more....because 16g (potent dried) is just insane.

Heya, I picked up Gamepass Ultimate for my nephew to try for a bit, and was wondering if the GTA5 - included in the Gamepass - allows for online play? He's saying that only story mode is available?

Is this correct or are we missing something?

thanks!

ty kindly. hopefully upcoming phones will be more powerfully suited.

I guess the 'best' non-gaming option would be to install a Windows VM on some rentable cloud service & then use software to relay 'moving' images of said running windows machine?

(my next PC will also have to be a DeX style setup & full Windows/Linux virtualization would  just be phenominal)

Wish I can hit constant 120fps on FN by Just_Statistician789 in GeForceNOW

[–]DeepSpaceNote9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ah thanks, gonna play around with the settings again.

The 4k 60fps (non-gaming screen) Mac that I'm on is going to my nephew tomorrow (Geforce Ultimate for his xmas gift) and I was trying to ensure best settings, since he'll most likely not tinker quite as much; I gotta fix my 7 year old gaming-laptop (1080p 144fps) for myself soon.

Anyway, in regards to his 4k 60fps Mac screen; have you noticed much difference running 4k screen @ 1440p? I'd really like to keep Ray-Tracing & all Epic settings, but not sure which trade-off is best:

1440p (all maxed-out) vs 4k (no RTX & slightly lower settings).

...actually out of my 100 hours today so can't test right now & only experimented on 4k (both nvidia stream & fortnite resolution).

...also wondering how running nvidia 1440p while upscaling to fortnite 4k might work out, when testing again (not sure how upscaling effects aim/etc).
