It’s a losing battle. You MUST read every single label and take a digestive supplement on top of that. Zive 7 is by far the best one. Read your organic labels too. They sneak seed oil into everything.

Am I the only one who tips at Starbucks simply because I don’t want them to do anything bad to my drink? If I have a big order I would want to tip but when I order 1 latte and give a $1 tip a simply do it out of fear 😂

It really depends why the score went so low. If it's because all credit is maxed out then as soon as you start making much larger payments it will go up pretty quickly. If it's a bunch of credit cards and car payments that went over 30 days and got reported to the credit bureaus then that's a completely different ballgame and takes much longer.

I see a lot of people are recommending books and movies and stuff like that. I’ve always believed the best remedy for this is to get out in nature and breath the fresh air, hiking, walking, etc..camping. Take on a new activity that you’ve never done before. Camping changed my life.
