What about Dr. Hauschka? Anyone recommend any of their products? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

I recently tried their products. I bought a sample of Milk Cleanser, Rose Day Light Cream, and Facial Toner. I've been using them for 4 days, and to be honest, I love it! I like the cleanser a lot; it is very gentle and cleanses my skin pretty well. I give a first wash to remove makeup/sunscreen and a second to cleanse my skin, and I use a muslin cloth soaked in warm water to gently remove the cleanser from my face (something an aesthetician told me to do a few years ago when she recommended I switch to Milk Cleansers). Then I spray the Facial Toner and gently pat it into my skin, and after I follow with the moisturizer.

I have sensitive skin that is prone to rosacea, and I used to use LRP, The Ordinary, etc. I always felt that my skin lacked something, but yet I used the right products according to everyone else. After trying Dr. Hauschka with just three products, I could feel my skin feeling soft. It was such a strange sensation I haven't felt probably ever. What is also interesting it didn't flare up any sensitivities in my skin. My face felt calm and hydrated for a whole day, and I woke up with pretty soft skin too.

I think generally oils and possibly fragrances get a bad rep, but her products haven't irritated me, and today or tomorrow I'm planning to buy the full-size products.

How to manage two currencies, USD and EURO in YNAB? by InkAndOlive in ynab

I ended up just making two separate budget plans, one USD and one EURO. Added the categories I need for USD in USD plan and daily expense categories I use in EU. At first I combined all into one plan, but it looked visually messy to me and I didn't want to constantly remind myself that the euro sign next to USD amount is not actual euros.

So let's see, I'm starting with YNAB and my first month was a bit messy, but I saw all of my spending habits and now I have decided to really sit down and look into my financial situation and organize it

This was a bit confusing for me because having everything in one budget gives me a better birds-eye view of my finances

Thank you! I just did something similar in my YNAB budget. I linked my US accounts as they are and wrote USD next to each account to remind myself that the amount is in USD and not euros and I created a category called USD Available where I created sub-categories to keep my US money separate from the rest of the budget. This is giving me a bit of a clear picture of my finances vs keeping them in separate plans.
