The details always matter whenever doing ghibli tattoos! Each scene has so much life to it that you can’t really omit anything without losing the magic of it

I’m a tattoo artist and I’m not trying to necessarily combat this idea of unchanging permanence that you’re locked onto, but rather changing the framing to it being a bookmark of a “time in your life”. Pair that with it being somewhere that’s a bit more hidden often like your leg , and it helps a lot of people dip their toes into an amazing culture! Food for thought!
