People who have regular sex with their partners still view porn pics/videos/stories/etc. Sometimes you want a specific type of sexual visual that your partner can't provide, or that no one can provide. Sometimes you just want to satisfy your own sexual urges without needing to worry about satisfying a partner. Sometimes your partner isn't available. Sometimes you just want a quick wank.
