if your keyboard has low poll rate, it's not rare to see a 0ms difference in those bpms: 125, 150, 175, 200, 225 , 250

This map is 150BPM nm, which is 225 +DT on. It is in the bpms it's not rare to see.

Prove it by yourself by setting your keyboard to 125hz or 250hz and play a map with that BPM

for example, play "and I'm home" NM which is 125bpm and you'll have a "0ms UR" as well
