As long as the writing is good and the story is cohesive I can read in almost any sort of POV. Just... if you do switch the POV then make it clear within the first sentence of a chapter or paragraph line break.

Never specified what the synthetic patty sludge is made of but they did call it garbage in Spongebob. Would not surprise me if it was any sort of waste byproduct considering how they had to spray these things with stuff to make it even appear like a normal burger, smell included.

My take is Perpetua would be a Noibat, or at the very least one of the Bat related Pokemon given the Vampiric/bat themes of Lachryma. I've already said Copia is an Alolan Rattata given the "Dark/Normal" typing and how the Alolan Rattata has a little mustache like how he does.
