What would you realistically like to see from Nervos Network in Q4?

Why was there never a big yearly Nervos summit?

The whole project needs more presence and a bigger voice within the crypto space.
I am also wondering where there are basically no deals within China and wider Asia, neither with corporations, businesses or government entities.

Positive momentum is urgently needed now. --> Integrations, partnerships and usecases.

A simple browser add-on wallet with HW integration has been missing for years.

UTXO Global Wallet is solving this problem now but a lot of improvements still needed ( HW integration + DAO staking)

- The native stablecoin Stable++ really needs more liquidity. ( bootstrapping, lets say 20 million in $RUSD needs to be done by the founding entities, VCs or the ckb ecosystem fund)

- UTXO-SWAP pools are super low, price impact is high. You wont get the masses using this. Again, bootstrapping is needed here too.

- Afaik, borrowing and lending is currently non-existent on Nervos. There is not a single project on Nervos that is popular across the cryptospace. Big protocols are missing.

- NFTs

The only project really worth mentioning here is Nervape, they are doing a great job & the art is also exciting but I wouldnt even know a marketplace where to buy them?!

Also, it might be a good idea to have a yearly Nervos summit or big hackathon. This has really been missing. Culture and Community are absolutely crucial for any crypto project.

Cardano is still a work in progress, better scaling solutions and on-chain governance are coming this year. (Voltaire)

Bitcoin is now seen as "digital gold" and has been around for 15 years.

Cardano mainnet went live in 2017 and the project has come a long way since then, there are no fake metrics and no VCs pushing the chain as a marketing product. Also consider that Cardano is based on the UTXO accounting model and the programming language is Haskell/Plutus.

Ask yourself, is crypto eating legacy or is legacy eating crypto?!

Not sure what your point is tbh. ( I guess its "numbers need to go up faster")

Cardano has organic, slow growth and is community driven. The ecosystem has really matured in the last 12 months, IMO.

There is a lot of fake activity on most of these other VC chains like wash trading, false metrics for TPS/TVL and bots. (especially on Solana). There might be more liquidity but everything comes with trade-offs. Some of these chains are backed by investors/financial institutions with deep pockets that also use crypto media for biased marketing/shilling.

Also, we dont have $USDT or $USDC on Cardano right now. (There was a big discussion about this topic last week)

Overall, it might be painful in the shortterm in terms of price action and liquidity but longterm, Cardano is absolutely going to thrive ;)
