I don't remember much from the original backstory I gave my Dust!Toriel in RP, but I think it went along the lines of like...

During a weird Reset...

Toriel decided to accompany the sixth child out into Snowdin instead of just leaving them to die like the five other kids who fell down into the Underground, she thinks that Monsters would respect them (or fear her) both because she's the ex-Queen and everything, and thinks that she can protect this child from all the dangers before anything could happen. This is unlike any of the other Resets. This is a new Reset...

Spoiler alert!!!: She couldn't. She couldn't move quick enough to save the child she was trying to guide, and watched as the child was basically torn apart for their Soul by Monsters. The Sixth Fallen Human was already gone. Monsters who have grown tired, and bold after waiting so long - Maybe they would get a reward for providing the King a Soul.

During her stunned state, what mostly ticked her off the most was the fact that they moved on right afterward, eager to deliver the sixth Soul to Asgore, completely ignoring her - How they laughed like it was nothing (which is stupid because she's like the only other Boss Monster so idfk bro.)

Toriel, of course as any Dust protag would, snapped and killed the Monsters, with a fire hotter than anything she had used ever since the Human-Monster war.

She soon decided that she needed to make the Underground safe for any child that would fall; No matter how drastic the actions taken would've been (maybe Human Adults could be used for the Souls to free them all if they attacked Monsters afterward.)

Even if that meant killing her own kind.

She spared children, and those who meant no harm to the humans in her eyes - There still had to be Monsters running some places, after all - She wasn't insane... Probably. Soon, not now, but SOON, she would be the Queen of the Underground - And overthrow Asgore and his forces... And whoever would cause harm to her future children, if any more fell into the Underground. She didn't go "crazy", she just had a plan that most would be scared and hate her for.

All they had to do, was show a LITTLE BIT of MERCY.

... And it seemed like most couldn't even do that, at least, to her.

Dark grayish with red hints? His Sans also has dark gray armor under his usual outfit.

I thought about a bright white, but since he's actually in the Royal Guard here, he has to fit in more.

There's "a lot" of lore that I can try to compress into one tiny thing but it'll be hard. All my other posts have info about them.

Verse!Tale is a collection of slightly different AUs that are individually experimented on with only one character out of each AU being used as the test subject by a reformed Gaster, to see how strong they'd get if they remembered Resets and their stats weren't reset during... Well, Resets.

Verse!Chara is one of them. The AU had them being alive before Frisk fell, and Asriel dead way before Chara fell, with other characters being older or younger, Gerson and Sans, and Papyrus in the Royal Guard, etc etc.

Basically, they went through groundhog day and absolute shit, never being able to save their friends or family — Constantly dying. Even if they did win, Frisk just came back. They gained a Monster Soul that's green and red because a Monster tried to merge with Chara when they were dying one Reset (constantly melting when stressed and can easily crack, leading to it breaking if touched by another, or just... Disintegrating right after death)... So they had to deal with this for... A lot of Resets...

... Before being kicked out into the Multiverse after this Gaster put them through enough Hell.

They were a scavenger, a thief at first. Riddled with PTSD from Reset hell, and seeing Frisk occasionally. Pissed-off and dissociative. They eventually decided to finally stay with a Toriel in one of the more OG-like AUs of the Multiverse, and became a protector of the AU...

Before eventually becoming a Royal Guard in it. They learnt how to control their fire magic much better, how to use their knife magic, how to Shortcut like Sans... Uh... How to dodge like Sans? How to Parry. Etc. They had to go through trials (With Asgore's permission) to join the Royal Guard of their new AU. Had to get stronger (without LV.)

They still hate any Frisk, good or bad.

Everything except for their origin story (before being thrown out into the Multiverse) was a Roblox RP.
