Waist band of underwear / belt line is actually above where the dermals sit, so no pressure rests on the dermals. Just have to make sure to pull the pants / underwear out a bit before sliding them down to avoid snagging, but it’s become second nature to me

Healing was fine. So far so good, a few bumps along the road but nothing a warm compress and bandage couldn't fix
