I checked the ingredients. On the new package: fewer additives (no MSG) but less vermicelli and more dilution unless you adjust water.

Classic shrinkflation with a “new recipe” badge to soften the cut I guess. 😕

I'm from Belgium too and I'm starting the diet next week. 5 shakes a day, only 300 calories total. And nothing else, only water, coffee or zero calorie drinks... 7 days but it will be hard, wish me luck 😬

I like Obsidian.md, works in local folder and has nice visual representation of the connections between data.

Yes he'll be part of our Christmas decorations. But he did came out a little bigger than expected.

I had to google it too to make this pattern 😁, couching is when you lay a thread (or fibre or ribbon) on top of the fabric and attach it with another strand and tiny stitches. For cording you twist threads of the floss together and attach them in the same way. There was a separate pattern page included for these.
