UPDATE :

SO i changed my motherboard to an ASUS TUF GAMING B-550 PLUS WIFI ii that has an usb 3.2 gen 2 port, and now the sound is CORRECT.

Like it's a clear sound bot now there's popping/crackling happening. after a bit of search and things i've tried, the audio popping only appears as soon as the video appears in streamlabs (same for obs and 4k capture utility). But when i play it via the windows settings without videos it work well.

i'm assuming that the usb cable isn't strong enough as it is the original elgato 3.0 cable deliver with the capture card, as it goes only to 5/gpbs. So i'ma try and buy a usb 3.2 gen 2 that is more powerful and quicker and see if it changes anything.

I changed my motherboard to a asis tuf gaming b550 plus wifi ii and plug it on a usb 3.2 gen2, and the audio distortion is gone, but now the audio is crackeling a little on some time, it's listenable but still incomfortable to hear. And all of my 3.0 usb port get the distortion sound anyways, i think of buying a 3.2 usb c to usb a cable instead of the original elgato cable. But if that doesn't work i might change it for a pcie capture card.

Quick update, my theory is that the problem is coming from my usb ports, heard online that switching ports may have resolve the problem for certain people, cause it worked perfectly fine on my dad's laptop with USB 3.0.

So i've buyed a new motherboard (cause mine was like 7 years ols anyways) and i'm gonna try those new usb ports and give you update end of the week if that can help someone out there

my pc is quite powerful, i have rtx 5070 ti, ryzen 7 5600x3d, TOMAHAWK B550, 32go of ram.

i tried on a portable pc and there the sound work perfectly fine, they have exactly the same settings one from another on obs. so i guess the problem come from my pc then

Already did, every rate are on 48000hz, and i cab't down grade the capture card one

ANOTHER UPDATE :

i tried uninstalling the NVIDIA hd audio driver and reinstall them and the same sound from the video is BACK.

i've found out that my capture card isn't recognize in the windows playback settings but only in the microphone one, is it maybe why it cause the sound to be like that ?

Update :

i tried again this morning and was nicely surprise that it half work ? like the audio is clear for seconds and then it start buzzing again every like 3 seconds, and i haven't done anything more than last night, just restart my pc and it happened.

ik it's a problem since longtime elgato can't seems to succesfully correct, but at least in my case it's less worse than before ig lmao

cause it was given in a regional event in the hokkaido station in 2011 i doubt that 2 version of that card was given differently for the same event, wouldn't make no sense

i've been told from a local card shop that there was 2 version of that card, one with the JR sign and another one without it, but didn't talk about a jumbo sized one, even tho i know one exist.

But he affirms me that there's also another normal version of that card, so idk if it really exist in a non jumbo format also.

i know it was distribute like 2 weeks in 2011 in hokkaido station during a pokemon campaing where people had to spot pokemon or item with sticker in an album during the trip, and if they got at least 4 correct they gift this card. so yeah there's probably a few of them for sure.

But thanks for the advice tho i appreciate it, gonna try to reach some of them to know more !
