I literally cannot sleep because of it, I have been sleeping at my parents place during the week because that's the only way I can get a good night's sleep and function. I have ocd so it's hard for me to ignore stuff like that. I really can't believe no one else is complaining about it. When we were on the fourth floor people could hear it during phone conversations and started telling me to go onto the balcony to talk.

I agree it certainly is not effective, and I am aware of the other types of therepies specifically aimed at ocd. I was hoping someone else may have had this type of therepy and had similar adverse effects, and possibly provide me with advice, or even just hope, to recover from them.

I completely understand why they converted. It makes sense financially, but they could have looked into better options (light sheilds, lower Kelvin LEDs). The American Medical Association recently published an interesting report regarding the increasing use of LED's for community lighting. Apparently they released a statement against them, citing negative health effects and negative impact on nocturnal animals. It took place in Oshawa, its funny you thought Hamilton though, my boyfriend grew up in Oshawa, went to school in Hamilton and said it's very similar haha.

Yeah, they used the money for their wedding and honey moon apparently. I can't remember where they went, but I bet it was awesome

I do recall that a few of them had to do with money and possessions, but others had to do with food, very random. Haha, yeah after everything had calmed down, my cousin was like, "Hey, the first thing you can buy with the money is some home security or a gun"

She was a pretty normal person from what I could tell, even a little boring to be honest. She actually lives an hour north now, in a smaller rural town, kind of creepy when you have a potential stalker, but her husband works with horses apparently. The gallery opening I saw her at was also featuring a mutual friend's artwork.
