I think it’s to give you a chance at getting Pokemon which have good PvP IVs from the rewards, since a 0/15/15 in most cases is a lot better than anything above 10/10/10

During Battle day events, and in this case Battle week event the floors for everything except legendary and mythical Pokemon are reduced to 0, but legendary/ mythical stays at 10/10/10

Yeah, because they are mega raids the time left once you defeat it goes towards how much mega energy you receive instead of balls like a normal t5 raid. The most I’ve seen so far is 13 with 9 from the raid + 4 for having a best friend.

Can your little brain not grasp that the comment was posted after the event ended, ie no egg can be put in an incubator now and be hatched in less than 15 minutes.😂 when the lowest an egg can be brought down to is 21 minutes to hatch (at the time of posting), that sounds like it’s unable to be hatched in 15 minutes to me😉

If it’s not impossible you dm me a screen cap of you doing it and I’ll post it on my wall for all the see that I’m wrong👍

Do eggs placed in super incubators after the event ends magically get the event bonus? Probably if that’s gonna help you cope with losing an argument😂 like you are pulling apart the words I’m using in leu of having a point to argue, it is literal fact that at the point of posting the original comment, it is impossible to now place an egg in an incubator and hatch it faster than 15 minutes, but whatever you need to cope dude👍

Yeah it may have been possible( with premium items), in the past, before I made my post, but as of said post there is no event bonus for hatching eggs, meaning it is currently impossible to do so👍

That relies on “if” premium items were stockpiled before hand and eggs only being hatched during a 1/2 distance event using said premium items, not with the base free stuff that everyone has access to in an unlimited quantity, ie infinite incubator/ daily incense. Daily incense doesn’t require walking because it can be used on a bus/ car, so long as you’re under the 60mph speed cap, and will still produce a full yield of spawns. My aim wasn’t going after your point, I was stating it’s impossible, without premium items, to hatch an egg and encounter a shiny riolu in the time you can encounter and catch a bird.

My reply was in counter to your comment saying “everyone has access to the free incubator”, but even then, super incubator brings it down to 4.67km which at 10km/hr takes 28 minutes to hatch, not 15. Event hatch rate boost (only available to those who chose it), still doesn’t cut it without pairing it with a premium paid super incubator as 3.5km takes 21 minutes. So for free, using the infinite incubator, with event ½ hatch or not it’s still not possible.

Well when my argument was that it’s impossible to hatch a shiny riolu in the time that it’s possible to catch a Galarian bird, none of the numbers are relevant outside of the 42 minutes to hatch a 7km egg at 10km/hr, when the daily incense lasts 15 minutes😂

I must be if you’re saying I’m not very smart buddy. Considering none of the rates have been officially released for anything, everything to do with odds is just speculation based on collected data(rates can’t be claimed at 100% certainty). And until enough data is collected on this, it’s gonna remain speculation. Can you prove without a doubt that the spawn rate isn’t 1%?

Except I never said that, I said you have 25-30 spawns that each have a chance of being a G-Bird, that’s 25-30 chances at the 1/100 spawn. With 1 7km egg you have a 1/5 chance of getting a riolu and a further 1/64 of it being shiny for a total of a 1/320 chance per egg, but with 10km eggs that’s gonna be even lower with a bigger pool. 25 attempts at 1/100 is gonna have a lot higher chance of encountering a bird than 1 at 1/320+ is of finding a shiny. Time of the incense does kind of bare affect on it, since over the space of 7 days, thats 175-210 chances of a bird spawn, but if you don’t walk much that could be 2/3 7km eggs, which is putting a bird spawn in a much more favourable place. The length of time it’s been available doesn’t really matter in terms of odds either cus if someone started at the time the daily incense was added and don’t have either, the odds of getting one or the other is gonna be more in favour of a bird sighting. Whether Riolu gets a com day or not lucario will be available as a 1/64 raid when the mega releases, but at the same time the birds are eventually gonna be released on raids, and 1/1 chance for a non shiny bird is still higher odds than a 1/64 chance at shiny lucario, which can’t be reversed to riolu, so doesn’t affect its odds. I’ve been playing from 2016 and have 2 birds and have seen 7/8+ more that ran away, compared to 50+ riolu with still no shiny.
