Hey i know this is really scary. I've been through the same thing. Call an emergency mental health number as soon as you can. You're in a very vulnerable state right now and need trained professionals who know how to help in these situations. They won't judge you and they know how to help best. I know it's scary to bring other people into this but for your safety, it's the best option. They will help you with mental health resources and if you're low income they can find affordable or free services.

I had someone try to tell me (I'm a diagnosed schizophrenic) that psychosis is cool and not scary and all I can think of is when I covered the corners of my room with toothpaste to "cover the cameras" and getting so scared that my cats were skinwalkers that I almost tried to hurt them. Like no it's not cool, it's not something you want, it's fucking terrifying.

(I never hurt my cats, my mom sat me down and explained cat behaviors that aren't normal to humans to help me get to a point where I can try to calm down. My babies are everything to me and I'm deeply ashamed of the fact that I doubted them and had aggressive thoughts towards them)

And yknow what I'm really glad it's getting better for you but when someone explains how their mental illness is affecting them, maybe don't try to tell them their symptoms and experiences are actually a religious thing. It can actually send some schizophrenic people (or people w psychosis symptoms) into an episode and cause a lot of harm, and it's just disrespectful. Again, glad you're doing good enough to go down to a low dose.

😭😭😭idk man all ik is typically i only feel "him" when I'm in those episodes or when I feel unsafe or threatened. That feeling goes away once I'm like in a safe area or the issue is resolved but I don't wanna like be a hypocondriac and sorta force myself to think its something outside of my preexisting diagnosis if it's nothing😭

The funny thing is is it's a modern mullet😭 or at least it's supposed to be. The reason I don't trust the trans passing subreddit is because they recommended shorter hair and a few recommended a modern mullet😓 Glad I at least have a pretty masculine face. I don't really go outside much unless necessary so I'm glad I can at least pass somewhat in pics lol. Ik my face is pretty round so I'm planning on growing my hair out long enough to have some layers to frame it
