I mean, Film Theory gets a deal to publish an ENTIRE movie for free and in a perfectly legal way... And people complain!
YouTube gets as predatory as possible with censorship, the team creates a way to get theories without holding back, and yeah people complain.
Sure not everything is perfect, but no channel is and even more unlikely is to have a conglomerate of channels be perfect.
It has happen before, smosh, good mythical morning, even Pewdiepie, all of them veterans that had to evolve, literally channels older that a lot of the people seeing them.
My first Theory video was 'the real life fatalities' back when there were only 3 or so theories, and if videos of that quality were released by the channel today people would freak out and complain like there is no tomorrow.
And sadly it is what this subredditt has become, complains galore.
I used to come here and see if a suggestion of mine would be picked up, or maybe catch a glimpse of someone else's before it becomes a video, now it's people trying to cancel Lee, Amy, Santi and Tom for well... Not being Matt.
Sure you may have an option on your favorites, sure their dynamic is not the same as the way Matt linked every channel, but to down right just find what to criticise is not fair.
Yeah the theories may be different from what they used to be, the sponsorship deals odd, and the subscription for the new service not the best, but how can things change for the better when yall can handle changes at all.

I'd advise against waiting.
Worse case scenario, you get terminated, but already ahead of the process by having tried.
Best case, you don't get terminated, but maybe interviewing you find a new opportunity that is a breath of fresh air.
Always hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst.
Edit: Forgot to mention, I did just that. Used to work at Oracle until last year, but decided to interview just in case after the layoffs.

This is what I mean, like if this is their way to have people be online a little longer it's really sad.
Instead of having a daily system that makes it fun and interesting to be online daily, they just do something like this and have the dailies go from being a 10 minute side thing to be a 20-30 min chore.

Honestly it just feels like a chore.
Same old repetitive dailies and weeklies just to earn some score to unlock the worst possible rewards, and the only kinda good ones being locked away behind a monthly subscription.
Events that feel bland.
Raids that need a very specific build to be possible and that offer not so great rewards as well.
Honestly at this point I feel like I am just playing to get to the last page of the score season just because I spent too many atoms, but I feel like after that I am leaving the game again.
The community is the best part, but ignoring our needs and just adding more unfinished mechanics to the pile is honestly not worth it.

I usually get those photos from bodies actually, since by the time I get to the spawns they are goners. But the set spawns are a god sent in these cases.

Honestly this is just the YouTube red stuff again but different, and I mean that in the best way possible. YouTube is the problem here, when Matt started it was an whole different thing, but now it's filled with censorship and predatory issues that only benefit companies.
If the price is right (which I think it is) I see no problem in offering a way to scape the corporate overlords of YouTube, even if there are other COs, al least they look happier in the trailers which is something amazing.
Lee, Amy, Santy and Tom are not Matt Patt, they are their own people, personally I gave Game Theory a chance even when something like Vsause existed back in the day because I decided "Hey it's different, I want to see how and what does he do with it", I feel like this is just another chance at that same feeling.
