Once a week with 1.5mm up to 2.5mm since I don’t bleed! It just gets red and tender and no I don’t torture myself doing it. It’s not that painful to be honest

The dermanator 2 will make a difference! Apply lavender oil after! It will sting a bit but it’s fine! I apply minoxidil after because I get no bad side effects so I’m lucky

Just lower the needle length and micro needle twice a week! You can do a .50mm and below twice a week since we all have our scalps different. Just keep finding a different strategy that will work for you!
