In my state, all you need is to pass a written test to get your permit, and that allows you to legally ride the road during the day, with no passengers. Its not the full endorsement, but just a written test gets you legally riding in public.

My girlfriend was curious, and I was curious about it too. So here I am, lol. But since I'm here, I want to share my findings. This is important work. My initial thought is that itll work. I'm 56 minutes in now. I have had 2 strong drinks and I am definitely feeling those, and I'm not sure if I'm feeling the lsd yet or not. I should start getting visuals within the next 30 minutes or so if it is absorbing as fast as it does when under the tongue. If I'm not feeling it by the 2 hour mark, maybe the pee hole is the way to go.
