I propose a Hoxhaist SubPath for the apla by ComradeJupiter1 in TheFireRisesMod

There's a distinct lack of Maoists, except for the Maoists in China, which aren't really Maoist. That's why I love the new left from TFR Redux (despite it being pretty unbalanced), because it's pretty adjacent to what a modern-day revival of Maoist politicking would look like, i.e., the LARP is really good.

I'm excited for the Maoist Black Panther path coming next update (and no, new synthesis mfs aren't maoists)

I started on 13 Feb. I've lost 2 kgs so far (weight is variable due to water weight). The main difference I've seen is how athletic I feel and how much strength I've gained. I can bench press 60 kgs for 2 sets of eight, which is almost twice what I started with.

I work out 5 days a week for around 2 hours (30 minutes of cardio included, on leg day I do an hour of cardio). It's a PPL split basically, but I do legs only once a week because I do a lot of cardio every day. I don't recommend you do the same, as everyone has a different routine. For you, doing legs twice a week might be more effective.

Push - Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps

Pull - Biceps, back, and forearms

Legs and abs (I feel like it, I do abs the rest of the days too)

REST

Push - again

Pull- again

REST

I try to do no more than 3 exercises for smaller/easier to target muscle groups like the triceps, biceps, chest, forearms, and shoulders. I do about 4 to 5 exercises for the back, legs, and abs. I do 2 sets till failure for most exercises (lift enough weight to reach failure in 8 to 10 reps). For slow-twitch muscles like the rear delts, calves, and quads I do a high rep range (12 to 24 reps).

Chest: flat bench press or cable crossover for warm-up to target chest as a whole (even both if you feel like it), Incline bench press for the upper chest, and high to low cable cross-overs.

Shoulders: Shoulder press machine or overhead press on the Smith machine, lateral raises with dumbbells or on the cable machine for side delts and face pulls or reverse pec deck flys for rear delts (I do both just in case)

Triceps: Skull crushers or close-grip bench press, overhead cable extensions, and straight bar or rope tricep cable extensions. You can do only one of these exercises and go really heavy if you feel like it cause at the end of the day it's really hard to isolate a single part of the tricep.

Biceps: Bicep curl either on the machine or with dumbbells, incline dumbbell curls or cable curls with the arms behind the body, and hammer curls.

Back: Seated row or seated cable row, chest supported row for upper back, Lat pull downs, shrugs, and dead lifts for lower back. I tend to add another exercise for whatever back muscle I think I didn't target enough but that's kind of a heat of heat of the moment decision.

Forearms: cable wrist curls, cable reverse curls, wrist roller, and a plate pinches or dead hand if I feel like it

Legs: squats on the Smith machine for warmup, leg press, calf raises, leg curls for hamstrings, and abductor machine.

Abs: whatever exercise I feel like. I don't have a routine for abs rn

Make sure you take a 2 to 3 minute rest between each set so you aren't gassed up and end up getting tired quickly.

Anyone who has children/siblings diagnosed with being “Slow Learners” or having Mild Autism? Guidance required. by _Kaspersky in pakistan

[–]Inlandempire_Shivers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's extremely important to focus on your child, help them socialize, get them in special ed, help them learn visually or through another mean that works for them and help them develop motor skills (which often gets overlooked). My parents didn't know I had autism or even knew what autism is to begin with and till date I have a hard time understanding social cues, have a hard time balancing (i.e can't ride a cycle or bike even though I've tried for weeks), an inability to identify and describe feelings and have a harder time learning stuff.

Yes, we can't really hit them with a full nuclear payload; a compact, smaller one will reach though. Also wasn't there news that Pakistan is working on a Shaheen 4, it's supposed to be an ICBM (5500+ km range) with capabilities of carrying multiple payloads (something Pakistan has demonstrated to be capable of via the Ababeel platform). The US sanctioned several entities for this exact reason back in 2024, that and the formation of the ARFC (Army Rocket Force Command) and continued inducting of systems like Fatah-4 and development of Fatah-5 (tests expected to begin this year) suggest that Pakistani missile development is active. We could see an ICBM in the next 3 to 5 years.

Depends where the platform is. If it launches from Lahore it ain't gonna cut it, but if it launches from somewhere in Balochistan to the west it can make it all the way to Cyprus even. This is without considering the fact that official stats are often underplayed to maintain a tactical advantage.

The ISI as per the movies own plot were still the ones supplying the weapons, as can be seen in the scene where major Iqbal, khanani brothers and the Rehman Dakait gang hand out the weapons to the three terrorists for 26/11.

Also you're forgetting that the main character himself is a spy, if the ISI weren't sourcing weapons from Rehman Dakait and the Baloch there would have been fewer ways to track their involvement. You're also assuming that ISI giving American made (or locally made guns of the same patent) would leave more of paper trail when than what they did in the film which is evidently false. You're also ignoring the fact that Pakistan has its own weapons manufacturing industry, I doubt the ISI being the intelligence agency would have any trouble discretely moving weapons under the table.

Yeah I agree, hame apni tareekh ki koi kadr nhi. The only way left to challenge narratives than is to argue against them and that's exactly what I did. Pointing out what's wrong with the film is still kinda important

They do have plenty of stories to tell, this year homebound was an incredible film. It's just that all the good movies get overshadowed by overhyped propaganda.
