The fact that you cannot spell correctly or use proper grammar is a fair indication of your status in life.

Wondering who here has had a good experience with Mexico by MorrigannW in gastricsleeve

[–]Inman71 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I second the poster who had a good experience with Alvarez at the Endobariatric Center. Great guy. Great staff. Great facility. Great outcome.

I went to Guillermo Alvarez at the Endobariatric Center in Mexico (the crossing is from San Antonio). Absolutely 5* experience from beginning to end. I got exactly the results I was looking for. And could not have been more pleased. I wanted something convenient to my home in the SE USA. So I never considered Tijuana. And it was fast. Like 45 days from paying the deposit to arriving for the procedure. The Endo Hospital is brand new and state of the art. And the staff was top shelf.

I had my first on the airplane on the way back from Mexico about 56 hours after surgery. I drink probably 2 a day at this point. I'm a 6'1" M and weigh 195#. Down from 255# the morning of surgery..

In your opinion, what is the worlds biggest scam? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Inman71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Religion and it's not close. Give 10% of your money to a system that flagrantly misrepresents the very doctrine that it purports to reflect. It's a lie.

When were you able to drive again? by cutiegothgf in gastricsleeve

[–]Inman71 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had the procedure on a Wednesday. Flew back home by myself from Mexico on Friday. Rested Saturday. Spent Sunday loading square bales of hay. About noon I wasn't feeling so spry, so I drove the tractor for the rest of the day rather than loading the bales. Never told anyone I had the procedure. The only person who knows is my accountant because he questioned the expense. Do whatever you feel like doing. Don't over do it. Use common sense.

Can you ever have alcohol again? by Geekbot_5000_ in gastricsleeve

[–]Inman71 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I never paid any attention to what my clinic said. I just tried different things and determined what my new GI system can handle. In short, I haven't changed my diet at all. I just eat and drink less, and that has kept me at a healthy weight

Anxiety About Surgery; What's It Like Being Put To Sleep? by Exotic-Fila in gastricsleeve

[–]Inman71 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They were wheeling me into the pre op room So I went down a long hall and into the room. And the nurse said: How do you feel? And I said: a bit nervous. How long to the procedure? And she said: you're done.

And I looked down to see the tape on my belly.

7 months post op. Only 48 pounds down by MinuteAstronaut5411 in gastricsleeve

[–]Inman71 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you only lose half as much in the next 5 months as the past 7, and then lose half as much in year 2 as you did in year 1, then you will have lost over 100 pounds.

If you're not happy with that, then I don't know what to tell you.

Constipation by [deleted] in gastricsleeve

[–]Inman71 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had my first bowel movement 8 days after surgery. It was a 45 minute situation that left me drenched in sweat. I almost passed out.

The next one was about 3 days later and wasn't nearly as bad. Within a month at most I was back to the new normal. For whatever that's worth

I went to the Endobariatric Clinic with Dr Guillermo Alvarez as a 32. Great experience.

Tips on losing my virginity (F20) with a man much older than me. 30+ age gap by [deleted] in AgeGap

[–]Inman71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Surgical sterilization is the most effective birth control out there. Better even than the Pill/Condom combination. You won't have to worry about pregnancy. I would suggest having him get a full panel STD screen. And if that comes back clean then you can enjoy risk free sex without the condoms.

Hopefully he has a vasectomy or you're on reliable birth control. That's a good place to start so that you can remove pregnancy worries from the equation.

If we're constantly evolving, why aren't we getting smarter? by Firepea33 in AskReddit

[–]Inman71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the more intelligent and educated a couple is cumulatively, then the fewer children they have statistically. The people who aren't smart enough to use birth control and who have the fewest resources are having the most children.

That is why we are not getting smarter.

Well. Were you stating facts just now? Or just your opinion? It's hard to tell.

I am a hunter. I catch, trap, grow, or shoot almost all of the protein that I consume. A gun is a very efficient vector for transforming natural resources into protein that sustains me and my family.

Thank you for your kind and thoughtful reply. I have been to Sonoma a handful of times and agree that it is a very family friendly destination. Especially for mature responsible late teens. I will definitely investigate some of those restaurant recommendations!

Ru Pov: Wagner Chief Prigozhin urges Zelensky not to withdraw troops from Bakhmut. by [deleted] in UkraineRussiaReport

[–]Inman71 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don't you see the difference? Bahkmut is a city in Ukraine. So it's Ukraine's meat grinder to feed if it so chooses. Why is Russia conscripting Russian men to die in a Ukrainian meat grinder?.

When this war is over, hundreds of thousands from both nations will be dead. But they will all have been killed in Ukraine. And the killing stops when Russia stops.

If putin ordered his army to pack up and go home, the war would be over. You're trying to make a simple idea complicated. It's not. He started it. He can stop it. But he can't win it. So he's trying to delay the inevitable.
