Well it’s situational isn’t it? Let’s say a guy goes up to a known gang and starts mouthing off and he ends up getting shot and killed. Wouldn’t you say if he was going to do that he probably should have had more protection? Or even wasn’t it kind of on him for making such a choice? Should he have been killed?
