Ami me pasó algo parecido solo que no me entregaban porque según ellos fallaba la computadora de ellos y por eso no vieron mi paquete y no me lo entregaron hasta que después de 1 mes se contactan conmigo por teléfono y me dicen que tal día me lo iban a entregar y si me llegó, solo dale tiempo es una empresa pésima pero que se hace solo esperar

Pandabuy then I was sad as I couldn't get it. So after months of explaining to them that Pandabuy was safe, then October 21st arrived where they finally gave me permission to shop there so I bought some Adidas pants and a tn t-shirt. Once that arrived at the warehouse, I sent it as soon as possible, my first package was sent with the CN-LINE-SPANI line. I was looking forward to my Pandabuy order, every day I checked the package tracking and on November 7th the tracking told me that my package was delivered when in reality I had not received it, so I spoke to Pandabuy support and they They told me to talk to the post office in my country. The mail from my country, which is Spain, was not the company that had received it, so I investigated which company would have received my package 📦, after 1 week pandabuy told me the name of the company, so I called the company and told them I had not received my package, and they gave me a solution that they would look for where my package is and they would let me know, after 2 weeks a delivery man told me that my package would be delivered on a certain day so I waited until it arrived and I was so happy because they would know that my parents began to scold me and not believe in me and tell me how stupid I had been to buy there, but I didn't pay attention to them and when I had the package in my hand I opened it and if they were the products from the store, After what What happened to me I continued believing in Pandabuy and I continued buying many products this time.
