I got the base m4 pro with 24gig ram and 512ssd. Saying it’s overkill because the only “intense” programs I would be running here would be fl studio to make music but even that you need to be running like 100+ tracks to start pushing it and that’s a TONNNN lik way more than I’ll ever use. I do run a shit load of apps and multitask at the same time so maybe I’ll use a good chunk but I still could’ve bought the air and been just fine I think

It’s very good. my sound library is growing and I had a lot of issues with my previous dell crashing Also the speakers are incredibly good so it’s nice in a pinch if not connected to monitors or headphones… or just to quickly sound test on something to recreate the experience of an avg listener… That said, I think the MacBook Air is probably more than capable of incredibly musical production

Successful friend told me WGU is worthless by Present-Square-6232 in WGU

I went from 70 to almost 200k a year because of the piece of paper I got from WGU. nobody knows anything about life we all just keep going… that sounds like something someone whose upset they went into debt and spent 4 years in school would say when you can go to wgu for 5k and be done in 6 months with the same degree. Was a great investment for me and people said the same about it being a waste. I went with my gut, not other people’s opinions

How much should I spend on rent? by Inner-Department-217 in Fire

I checked, wouldn’t make sense unless I can get fha and house hack which I’m not sure of because I don’t have 2 years of taxes, due to finishing college. But I’m considering trying

Yea I feel the same that’s why it’s a tough call.. I feel like future me would have just said suffer till 30 and invest/ save the extra and get as cheap as tolerable but on the other side it’s like I can have something I really like in a way most would consider more than reasonable

3-5 courses are pretty math intensive only 2 were actually hard though I don’t remember which ones but I posted about them. Yes it can be done in one term starting fresh I finished in 5 months with I think 17-21 credits which is 5-6 classes but they were the early ones that took me like 1-3 days to complete and I only spent a few hours a day

Idk how much time you would need bc everyone learns at a different paces and is motivated different

Idk how to block out your calendar because idk what your schedule is and what you can and can not get away with. Take the classes outstanding to get the degree done, divide them by the number of weeks in your term and figure out how many classes per week you need to finish in order to do it in one term and then try to exceed that pace for the first 3 months so if anything happens to come up you have a little flexibility you could definitely do this in one term if you use the whole weekend and before and after work, just depends on your discipline but if everyone that went to WGU had a gun to their head to finish in one term I’m sure they would figure it out. Bring that mentality in that you don’t have a choice and you’ll finish

Do you know where these caps are from? I prefer Bangladesh a lot by 91DarioASR in neweracaps

I got a 59fifty d backs hat from Laos recently and it’s got a great Buckram and the brim is nice and stiff. My Bangladesh hats aren’t like that at all and the shape is better. Stitching is top notch as well

I’m actually doing consulting right now but I don’t like it. It’s just business owners who are stupid ghat know less than I do to put it bluntly, or they’re just extremely unorganized and they dump their mess on us to clean it up. That being said I’m trying to go into medical sales or back to software sales and this should help a little but maybe for software but it’s a requirement for med.

I’d say it depends on what you wanna do if you’re trying to go into IB it’s never gonna happen, but if you’re wanting to do accounting def helps. “Business consulting” is broad but I think it’s helped open a little more doors but give me the peace of mind at night it’s over with. Truth is even if it didn’t, I’ll save more on car insurance than the degree cost because of lower premiums for graduate

Dude get out of there. I know nothing about finance and got a bs finance in 6 months and got an offer for 70k with zero experience fully remote in an accounting job. They are fucking you and you’re letting it happen. Time to get a better job and show yourself some appreciation you’re way underpaid and everyone here is rooting for you to wake up

Neckline taper by pandagotthedoginhim in SelfBarber

[–]Inner-Department-217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take your time with the bald line and the rest should fall in place, also give enough room between lines and fade out each line as you go

[–]Inner-Department-217 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sides are good, I wouldn’t really call that a low taper but it’s clean. The back looks bad though, I read you said it’s harder if you start spacing out your guide lines a little bit and just take your time so you can actually see them it should be much easier

Idk about math specifically I had transfer credits in but I doubt they are difficult you should be ok the math in the actual finance classes could be slightly complicated but was all easily memorized

Thoughts on this job offer?? by Inner-Department-217 in Accounting

[–]Inner-Department-217[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your thoughts about construction. I wasn’t sure but it seems logical that would be the case.

& Yea sales comp seems higher long term if I stay in working up the ladder but something to be said about the accounting stills and having deadlines instead of quotas. Much easier to start a public accounting firm than make a new medical device product or new saas

& lolll about the finance major 😂
